Amber Carroll

Originally from Nashville, Tenn., Amber Lynn Carroll is married to professional athlete Cody Carroll. She’s an avid traveler and sports fan! Amber is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in sports journalism and is also a Certified Life Counselor.
Amber began her career working as a sports broadcast journalist and stands with years of experience as an anchor and field reporter. She now is a co-host of her very own Talk Show, The Better Half.
Her passion for storytelling brought her to life coaching, where she helps others discover their life stories.
Another deeply personal and core aspect of Amber’s story is the non-profit organization she and her husband, alongside her parents, created in memory of her brother, Jake, who lost his life to suicide. After experiencing that tragic loss, Amber became a mental health awareness and suicide prevention advocate. Her non-profit, We Are Team Jake, focuses on telling her brother’s story as a way to end the stigma and empower others who are struggling to give voice to their pain and to know they are not alone.
