Kinosha Soden

Is the creator, producer of Good Things DC & the former Mrs. DC America 2016. She is also a practitioner at Soderma Dermatology, alongside her husband and their parents. Born in St. Louis, MO, Kinosha graduated from the University of Missouri,St. Louis, with an BS in Biology and a BA in Business, and received an MAS in Biomedical Analytics from Washington University of St. Louis. An advocate of STEM education for youth and especially school-aged girls, Kinosha has served as a GEMS Organization, (Girls Excelling in Math and Science) advisor, educator and facilitator for over 15 years. On January 3, 2017, Kinosha received special recognition from United States Congresswoman, Eleanor Holmes Norton, for her dedication and work in STEM education within the District of Columbia. On that day, the American flag was flown over the United States Capital Building in Kinosha’s honor. Kinosha is also the mom of one daughter & one son.
